Product description from amazon:
Amanda Grange, bestselling author of Mr. Darcy's Diary, gives us something completely new—a delightfully thrilling, paranormal Pride and Prejudice sequel, full of danger, darkness and deep romantic love… [...]
Mr. Darcy, Vampyre starts where Pride and Prejudice ends and introduces a dark family curse so perfectly that the result is a delightfully thrilling, spine-chilling, breathtaking read. A dark, poignant and visionary continuation of Austen's beloved story, this tale is full of danger, darkness and immortal love.

My thoughts:
The book is a really quick read, the plot is moving along well enough and as a diversion it's entertaining. I like the idea behind it and some parts of the story, how the vampires fit into the society, that each vampire "family" seems to have different weaknesses etc. The vampires aren't extremely cliché, which is also nice (though I got an idea were Stephenie Meyer got the sparkling thing from...).
But as many have said - it's actually not a good move to tell us in the title that Darcy is really a vampire, because the story is told from Elizabeth's PoV and she's totally confused why Darcy behaves as he does. But that actually wasn't my main problem. No, it rather was that the characters for me didn't feel like Austen's characters most of the time. Could also be the writing style - Grange often mentions characters and situations from the source novel, but her style is different (I noticed because with Austen's style I always need some time to get used to it, while with this book I got used to the style immediately) and so I just didn't get that feeling. Can't really explain it. There were also some very convenient events that led to the end... So many coincidences, that was a bit lazy.

Still, it was enjoyable. :)
