I enjoyed reading A Christmas Visitor by this author over the Christmas holidays 2010, so I picked this up from a charity shop this morning to read over Christmas 2011! There's nothing like forward planning ....

Well, as it turned out, I read it over the Easter weekend instead (LOL!) At only 136 pages it didn't take long - while it didn't exactly tax the brain, it was pleasant enough while it lasted :-)
A Victorian reverend gentleman and his wife leave London to spend Christmas covering for the vicar of a small rural parish while he takes a holiday - or does he? Do some of the villagers' hidden secrets hold the clue to the mysterious death they uncover while they're there?
