Who knew that Pamela Anderson could write a book?! There's also a sequel called Star Struck (2005). I found this book at a library sale in Woodstock, Georgia for 50 cents. Inside the book's cover is a barely covered Pamela Anderson. I was just too curious to read this. Who knows maybe she's smarter than she appears.

My Review: It was entertaining. Not the greatest book I've ever read, but not the worst, either. It seems after consulting wikipedia there are quite a few similarities between Star and Pamela. Both have alcoholic fathers, both came to Hollywood to pose in a famous men's magazine, both worked in TV shows, one called Hammer Time and another set on the beach. There were a lot of men she dated. Not sure if any of them are based on real guys. All the names are changed to protect the innocent, I suppose.
Since this is a Bookcrossing book, I'm going to remove the dust jacket. It's semi pornographic and though I'm not a prude if it's left in the wild someday I don't want a child to find it. It's the way of the world, I suppose. Not sure where this book goes next.
