1962 New Century hardcover of the 14-year collection of essays. I found this copy yesterday in the free books pile on the porch of Dimond Library.
Edit January 12, 2018: Some of this was rather intersting. In particular, the article about the re-burearcratization into government of the German Nazis after World War II. But, the author is a blatant Commmunist and Soviet sympathizer, so I am unable to take most of what he writes seriously. I skimmed over the rest, not wanting to waste my time with an intellect that is politically, historically and morally bankrupt. I currently have this ranked at #2988 on my ranked list of best-read books lately.
