I tried to read this, but stopped on page 20 or something, quite the beginning anyway. I always feel very very embarrassed and makes me want to squirm when women criticise their men or say he's good for nothing. Whether I hear it from a friend, read it from someones blog or a book all the same.
I will wild release the book, hope it finds a reader who appreciates this more.

Picked this from a bc meet. Hmm, not a very encouraging comment from previous reader! :D
Well, I didn't get the feeling men were good for nothing (like Niksu did) but I did find the book a bit boring and predictable. And I can't really stand this 'finding yourself'-business, especially when you go and find yourself abroad and inthe arms of another man. Having said that, neither does the author it seems. This turned out to be quite a cautionery tale about the awful things that happen when people (parents) split up.
Given to a local bookcrosser at a meet.
A surprise wishlist RABCK. Wonderful, thank you!
Wow, what a disgustingly sexist yarn this was. Not wanting to spoil the plot, I'll just say that the message boils down to women being both naive little servants to their men as well as the source of all evil (and having to pay for it, obviously), while the menfolk get away with being lazy sods and end up being rewarded for it, too. Should have given up on page 90 as I intended to. Only reason I didn't was that I was reading this in a car (we're travelling in France) and my other books were in the trunk.
