As usual, Jody Picoult chose a controversial subject, combining medicine, law and human relationships. This time, though, I felt she manipulated the subject so that she could lecture me. Although the book kept my interest, I felt that I was receiving a "lesson" most of the time. Perhaps I'm just getting too used to her style?
