I really enjoyed reading this book. It’s so calm and quiet and yet so full of sorrow… It made fell so sad at some points for Alice, her family, her friends and the overall downfall of a family. But it also has some powerful moments and in the end we realize that the loner Alice is not that crazy, it is just someone that has reached the end of the line. It also made me feel happy when reading about love between family members and friends, even at such difficult times…

Oh Wow! This book travelled so far!! California, Portugal, Scotland, and now it ended up in small Jena. That's so cool...but its title already suggested that it would be a book who likes to travel ;-)
