Journal Entry 1 by hobbit from Surabaya, Jawa Timur Indonesia on Wednesday, November 17, 2010
This book is already well traveled. I brought it back to Indonesia (Sidoarjo, East Java) with me from Singapore. I got it from friends there who had brought it from the USA. They had received it from a small-town library in upstate NY. I hope it keeps traveling and spreads plenty of enjoyment along the way.

Journal Entry 2 by hobbit at Surabaya, Jawa Timur Indonesia on Monday, December 27, 2010
I just finished this book this evening. I started it while traveling to Madura to visit some beaches and other tourist attractions and couldn't put it down once I returned home. I enjoyed it very much. Although in many ways it has a very traditional theme and message, I found it interesting to get some glimpses of Iranian life, and also to ponder some of the age-old questions posed within. I'll hold onto this book and probably re-read it before passing it along to another reader.
