A sweeter, less ribald, Stephanie Plum. Our heroine, Lizzie, can actually cook. She loves grocery shopping & has a fully stocked kitchen. Her specialty - cupcakes! So much more info on Diesel, but even with all of the additional details, you're left wanting more. Glo, Lizzie's sidekick, is funny & sweet. Carl the monkey is back. Scruffy, worldly-wise, how-many-of-my-nine-lives-have-been-lived Cat 7143 is a welcome addition and naturally fits right in with Salem and it's surroundings. Thoroughly enjoyed this. Look forward to more Diesel/Lizzie books.
