Stephanie and Morelli's on/off romance is off again and Stephanie goes to work for Rangeman so no prizes for guessing where the romantic action is in this book. Lula gets to have more of a role in this excerpt from the Plum files too - with hilarious conseuqences.

I'm thrilled to get this in my lovely Not So Secret Hallowe'en & Celebrating Autumn Surprise parcel. It's been far too long since I last made contact with Stephanie, Ranger, Lula et al and I am eager to spend some more time with them.

What a complete and utter delight! Thank goodness I was at home when I got to Chapter 11 and not in some public place because I laughed out loud and that is something I rarely do when watching tv alone, never mind when reading a book. Loved that there was so much Ranger in this story - I swear I tingle whenever he touches Stephanie!

And I forgot to journal it's safe arrival - ooops!

What a pleasant diversion. I needed something light and funny to read in the lead up to Christmas and this certainly fitted the bill. Another great story about Stephanie and her escapades - she lives a charmed life what with decapitations, firebombs and Lula's barbecuing skills (??) to contend with, she just about manages to get away without serious injury.

But would you ever lend your car to her? At least 3 cars destroyed in this book alone.

Thanks very much for sharing, jalna. Now to find another worthy reader.
