9 out of 10

The death of a mother turns into a murder conviction and life in prison. A very interesting and slightly depraved book about a nihilistic French man. A quick read.

10 out of 10

I saw the book laying on a coffee table at a coffee shop. I announced to my friend, "This is a great book, have you read it?" and the people next to us said we could have it. Thus, we both read the book and I dropped it off in a hospital in Baltimore.

My Father found this book in the hospital in which he worked. He had already read the book as a teenager so he gave it to me. I have only recently begun reading it, but it has been great so far. My Father died a few days ago and surprisingly enough this book has helped me greatly in the mourning of my Father.
I will visit Germany, France and other areas of Europe in May. Look to see if this book has made to the other side of the world!
