 Picked this up from a share shelf at the University of Manchester (more exact details when I'm less rushed). Thought I might read it on the train, but it was a nightmare journey and there was no reading to be done. Pity. Now I'm jettisoning it (um, "releasing it into the wild"), because I can't spare the room in my suitcase, even for a book this small.
Anyway, once I got to the second page I thought, "Surely I've read this before?"
