Journal Entry 1 by mhs160 from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania USA on Sunday, October 10, 2010
I read this book when I was younger and I remember really liking it. Recently I found it again when I helped my mom move. I re-read it this summer and I'm shocked that I enjoyed it so much. I like Mendelsohn's style of writing and the concept is interesting, but it's so weird. I didn't like the relationship between Amelia and Noonan. It's not a children book...I still can't believe I read it so young (during my "Amelia Earhart is my idol!" phase). I'd read more by Mendelsohn, but I have some mixed feelings about this one. If you've read it, let me know what you think.

Hopefully, it'll find another reader who likes it more. PM me if you want this book.

Journal Entry 4 by PrettyPoodle at West Norriton, Pennsylvania USA on Tuesday, November 16, 2010
This was a super quick read - I finished it the very same day I started it!
Although the topic was really interesting to me, the book wasn;t all that great and that was disapointing. I am glad I had a chance to read it though.
Thanks for bringing it to the meeting!
