WILD RELEASE NOTES:

released somewhere in Bristol

Journal Entry 3 by wingAnonymousFinderwing at on Friday, October 8, 2010
I was wandering through Bristol, still pretty clueless as to where I'm going since I only moved here a week ago. This was the first day I took my camera out with me, and found suddenly I saw the city totally differently - all these gorgeous details kept jumping out at me, and instead of panicking about being lost, I just let my eyes lead me from curiosity to curiosity... like a treasure hunt, I remember thinking, except without a treasure or an end... But no - I was wrong about that! I found an archway diving under a church tower who's walls are painted with a seascape - my fingers were snap happy, and I took quite a while adjusting and finding the right settings to get the correct exposure to catch the sea monster in the shadow of this little tunnel. What I didn't notice till I walked up close to check him out was that there had been a little book sitting under him the whole time. There I was thinking how suddenly I was taking in all sorts of details I'd been missing... I guess there is always more to see.

At the time, I found the discovery of this book so enjoyable I sat down immediately and flicked through it. Such beautiful shiney creatures! It came home with me, and over the evening my two housemates read various things about tropical fish...

I'll release this one back into the wild...happy fishing!
