Pocket Books, 207 p. Unabridged. Different cover than in any of the default covers here...

In the airport lounge at Frankfurt a british diplomat meets a beautiful young woman in fear for her IDE, wand together they enter a sinister world of intriguer and death...

This turns to much more of a thriller than the usual Agatha Christies I remember! (But then I read all of them I found in my local library when I was 12, so it's been some time..) Spies, escaping from the spies, people being followed, interesting (and dramatic) characters, and of course there is a murder or two too.

As the book starts at an airport lounge in Frankfurt, I'd love to release this at the airport of Frankfurt (especially since I change planes there in a few weeks). But the airports are the worst place to release books with the current paranoid mentality in them, so the book is reserved for the closest to that thing I can come to: DFW airport, where the flight from Frankfurt arrives... not as wild but controlled. And from there to where ever on this planet that the book fancies! Safe journey :)

Oh, there is an Austin bit in the book too, p. 204: '"Professor XXX is alive - in the Baker Foundation, Austin, Texas", said Mr. Robinson.' (can't reveal the name here for figuring out who's alive and who's not...)

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:

Giving to Beth... as a passenger from Frankfurt (well, changing planes counts? :) - too bad the airports are too paranoid places for wild releases nowadays.. I hope you'll like the book, or at least will find someone who might like it :)

Wow, dare I admit that I've never actually read an Agatha Christie? So glad I'll have the chance! As a traveler and an airline employee, I do love stories along those lines. Thanks! :)

I'm going to take this book with me on my upcoming trip to Argentina (because it's small and packs well). I plan to release it somewhere in Buenos Aires. I'm not quite sure where I will release it -- but will make release notes as soon as I can after I do!
