This was a strange but somewhat entertaining novel about a family trying to survive in a post apocalyptic America. People with the deadly plague in this story attract wasps and if the wasps sting you, you will immediately turn all "papery" and crumble. Craziness like this happens throughout the story.
One major complaint...the author did not use quotation marks when the characters spoke. This really annoyed and distracted me as I read it.
