rabck from bookstogive 9/10; light book. Divorced Emily and her teenage son move from LA to Colorado to escape something in LA (it never really says what her son was involved in). She meets neighbor Adam, a divorced Dad with a teenage daughter, Kim. He wants to buy her land. It never really goes into why old man Johnson wouldn't sell the land to Adam over Emily, and in true romance fashion, of course the adults fall in love with each other, so Adam gets his hands on the land by marrying Emily.
