(The Under Dog and Other Stories, 1951)

Journal Entry 3 by aetm at Austin, Texas USA on Monday, May 6, 2013

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:

On the way to Beth - this book told me it wants to travel to Croatia ;)
(A perfect place for it to catch a few next readers in Italian. Much better place for that than now an OBCZ-less city in US for sure).
Buon viaggio <3

Safe journey little book - I hope you'll make many new friends on your travels!

"Don't ever apologize to an author for buying something in paperback, or taking it out from a library (that's what they're there for. Use your library). Don't apologize to this author for buying books second hand, or getting them from bookcrossing or borrowing a friend's copy. What's important to me is that people read the books and enjoy them, and that, at some point in there, the book was bought by someone. And that people who like things, tell other people. The most important thing is that people read... "

Received today from aetm -- just in time, as I'm packing my bags for a 2 week trip to Croatia and Montenegro :)

This one is definitely small and light, and will fit in cabin baggage :) I assume there are many Italian-speakers who visit Croatia, since it's so close -- so I'll plan to release this one in either Zagreb (the capital), or Plitvice Lakes National Park (where there are bound to be many tourists).

thank you!

I'm going to take this book with me on my upcoming trip to Croatia. I plan to release it somewhere in Plitvice Lakes National Park, or Zagreb. I'm not quite sure where I will release it -- but will make release notes as soon as I can after I do!
