Galileo's Daughter: A Historical Memoir of Science, Faith, and Love

I got to page 68 of this book -- it's not that it wasn't interesting -- it was just the book I read while doing laundry (which I don't like to do, so maybe it was a negative juxtaposition). It is time to release this book so that it will be more appreciated. Inside the book cover reads, "Inspired by a long fascination with Galileo, and by the remarkable surviving letters of Galileo's daughter, a cloistered nun, Dava Sobel has written a biography unlike any other of the man Albert Einstein called 'the father of modern physics - indeed of modern science altogether'."
