A powerful story of the Vietnam War, but it is fiction. I would prefer to read historical accounts of Vietnam as I don't fully appreciate fictionalized accounts of something which affected me so deeply as this war did. Does that make sense? It is because this subject is close to my own soul that I don't care for a fictionalized version of it. The storytelling was good but I didn't read the cover closely enough when I picked it up. I thought it was a true account.

I released this book, but I can't tell you when now, maybe a month or 6 weeks ago? And now I don't remember who I sent it to or even if I released it via bookcrossing or goodreads. Oh dear! I guess we will find out if it ever gets journaled again.
