I was quite disappointed with this. Freud is hardly anything more than a minor character and all he seems to do is squabble with Jung, who isn't portrayed sympathetically or realistically. Also, it doesn't give the solution at all to the mystery of why Freud was so traumatised by his visit to America and why he described his experiences there as so extrememly negative. The main mystery itself was in no way horryfying enough to shock someone like him, who had seen countless cases of all kinds of insane patients and behaviours. The only likeable character was Littlemore.
Picked up at the august meetup
Will take to the december meetup
Read last year and quite enjoyed. I picked this copy up at the edinburgh meetup in order to release or rabck elsewhere.
