2008 Regnery paperback, a signed copy, by the former college professor and House Speaker from the historic 1994 conservative revolution. This was published before the infamous 2010 BP Gulf Oil debacle, which of course changed the political landscape, and so shut down most future coastal oil drilling.
Edit February 5, 2011: This was more informative that I thought it would be. Good facts and figures.
