Synopsis
A rich man parks his expensive car in downtown New York. As he gets out of the car, he is surprised to see a young man in front of him, holding a gun. No need to panic. He's been in this situation before. It's surely about money, and therefore negotiable - isn't it? There's a sharp crack of a gun and then silence. A week later a small time crook has been arrested for murder. Two eye witnesses have put him at the scene of the crime, but did he pull the trigger? He's facing death row and if there's to be a law of second chances, he needs a good lawyer fast.

This is on its way to Potok-fan. Savotar gave it to me today as I'm more likely to see her sooner than she is ... sorry it's got stuck for so long Apolonia - maybe she'll get it in time for summer reading 2011 :)

This book has finally reached its destination! Thank you ApoloniaX! And thank you Savotar and stf for helping its journey along. (It seemed like every time Savotar brought the book to a meet-up, I wasn't there. And when I did come, she'd left the book at home. Never mind, it's safe on my shelf now.)

It's always nice to get an RABCK, whenever it arrives. :)
