The book is exactly what the title suggests.

3. Watch a sunrise at least once a year.

11. Sing in the shower.

20. Be forgiving of yourself and others.

68. Be brave. Even if you're not, pretend to be. No one can tell the difference.

286. Practice empathy. Try to see things from other people's point of view.

508. Become someone's hero.

A lot of the suggestions are common knowledge, some I disagree with. But I find it a lot of fun and also food for thought to look through this little book from time to time.
