This is not a typical Debbie Macomber book. This book takes place in the late 1960's and early 1970's when the Vietnam war is in the news daily, the fight for women's rights is in full swing and even the Catholic church is changing. These Nuns figure out the church doesn't always have the answer. Macomber has done her homework. I enjoyed this book.
