I really loved the television series of Twin Peaks. This book gives you an insight to the life of Laura Palmer. Enjoy!

Crrcookie picked this up at today's meetup in Utrecht to bring to the BookCrossing Convention in Amsterdam this weekend. Since we're sharing a hotel room, she let me journal it so I can follow its journey too. :)

It was so great meeting you! I hope I can get back to Utrecht someday to see more of it.

I don't really know anything about Twin Peaks but I think this book might be interesting so I will take it home with me and see if I can ever get it off of my TBR mountain.

Maybe it will travel somewhere interesting and far away.

I was starting to get desperate for things to read as our European stay was extended for a week. I found myself picking up this book.

I don't know anything about Twin Peaks so I was a bit lost as to the character in the book. I had to only rely on the things presented in the book and I found it to not be much to my liking. There is a lot of drugs and sex and things that are totally inappropriate for a girl so young to be experiencing! But some morbid curiosity about the ending kept me reading right through to the terrible end.

I am going to see if this interests a particular BookCrosser and if it does not then I will release it at a meetup or into the wild.

I was waiting for the BookCrossing site to get a little more stable before I started using it again, but it looks like that might be some time. Sorry for the delay in journaling!

Melydia & crrcookie brought this to me from the 2010 convention. I watched some of Twin Peaks when I was young (my mother was in love with it). I actually bought my mother this book long long ago. But I've never read it. I'm actually thinking about watching the whole series again on DVD (so I can properly appreciate things like faces on doorknobs and the wonderful Log Lady), and this would make a great companion to that experience. Thanks!
