Your box made it safely here, and I will be journaling a few at a time until they all get logged into the site. This book will be read and most likely wild released in the fine arts center at my University as I have a fondness for Emily Carr's works and would love to know more about her life.

I very much enjoyed this look into an artists life. Emily Carr is one of the painters I discovered in my early twenties through an art appreciation class. I can see how her work was very ahead of it's time when first painted and I very much enjoyed "seeing" how her life influenced her work as told through her own words.

I had planned on leaving this in the fine arts building near the painting studio, but there really isn't a good place to leave this there. It will instead be left on the shelves beneath the official Greek council bulletin board in the lower level hallway between the E building and LWH.
