My edition is the "older" UK edition with a different cover (which I think is prettier than the new one). Anyway this is the sequel to City of Bones and I must say that I really liked it. It's exciting and now that the characters have been established it's fun to see them react to yet more drama in their lives. Cassandra Clare has created a soap-opera-fantasy series that really draws its readers into it. I am not going to write anything about its content because if you've read the first book and liked it's more fun reading this one without any knowledge about what's goig to happen.
