An absolute breeze of a read...the kind of thing that makes me wonder why on earth I bother with anything even vaguely 'challenging' or esoteric. Funny and engaging - and written in a way that reassures me that I'm not going to suddenly become a grown-up next year...;O)
Will be handing this one over to our most recent recruit to the ranks of the thirty-somethings at the first ever Notts. meet on Saturday - hope you enjoy it, sweetie!

Caught at the Nottingham meet. Now I've got home and had a good look at it, I don't think I was appropriately grateful. Thanks Luc - such a sweet thought!
Ah thanks for this Lucy - very much enlivened the rather tedious Midland Mainline train ride from London the other day (although I am ashamed to say that there is a small part of me that says I ought to be reading something with a Penguin classics type cover on the train when I am wearing my suit, and not a nice bright blue cover with a funky picture and bright pink writing....)
I wouldn't go as far as to call this a piece of fluff, but it is a dream to read. A decent story and above all, pretty funny!
And for the record: I don't own "Now that's What I Call Classical Vol6". Is this something they forgot to tell me when I turned 30? Am I missing something crucial in the 30-nothing experience? Someone must let me know!
