Police chief of a small Massachusetts town, Cameron McDonald makes the toughest arrest of his life when his own cousin Jamie confesses to him that he has killed his terminally ill wife. The question of euthanasia and assisted suicide should have been the predominant theme of the story, but it was overshadowed by infidelity and betrayal.
Sent to MishaMonster in Santa Clara, California, via media mail as part of a trade she requested. Hope you enjoy it! Jodi Picoult is one of my favorite authors, however I didn't think this book lived up to her others. I'll be interested to see what you think, MishaMonster.

intriguing book. Piccolo really commits to exploring all aspects of the human condition.
I cared about the characters and wanted them to find resolution and happiness. I appreciated what she accomplished in her ending, but felt it was a bit incomplete.
