Read this as part of my challenge to read all of the BBC's Top 100 books. Having heard all the jokes about Jeffrey Archer, I'm not sure I'd have picked it up otherwise.
Anyway, it's not too bad. OK, it's not particularly clever, and I saw the plot 'twists' coming a mile off, but it's pleasantly entertaining. Probably best suited to a time when you don't want to think too much!

Thanks for this RABCK FabClaire! Thanks also for the tip - I'll read this when I want something that doesn't require too much thinking!
I'm also reading my way through the BBC Big Read top 100, and this is number 96.

Lent to my boyfriend's dad while he is in hospital in Salisbury.
This book is back with me now, and I will read it eventually!
This book was better than I thought it would be. It wasn't boring, and I was interested in the characters, especially in the first half of the book. Some of the plot points were a bit hard to believe though.
