Picked it up at the Amsterdam 2010 Convention in Amsterdam - The Volcano Edition. Honesty makes me tell that I already finished the book before I took it with me from the Convention. :) I just think it needs to be reread a few more times and then released on a nice spot where it hopefully will be picked up by a child. :)
