The author is going to speak at the North American BookCrossing UnConvention in Boston in August and I want to read the book first.

Lent to wilderwoman on July 15, 2010, who will return it to me so I can read it also before the North American UnConvention in August.

i read this book for the upcoming unconvention in boston where the author, brunonia barry, will be a guest speaker. i had no idea what to expect going into it, but i'm very glad that i read it. this turned out to be a surprisingly engrossing read. now i can't wait to talk to other bookcrossers about it and i'm really looking forward to meeting the author in person. i won't say more here, since i don't want to give away any spoilers. ;-)

I did get a chance to read this book before the 2010 North American UnConvention in Boston and I liked it very much.

I brought it with me and got it signed by the author after her wonderful talk about writing the book.

For now at least I will mark it PC, because I want to save it and re-read it before reading her second book, The Map of True Places , whicn I picked up on the Book Buffet table at the UnCon.
