This has been on my shelf for years. I'm packing this to read on the trip to Amsterdam. I'm going to the 2010 BookCrossing Convention there. If I finish it before I return, I'll leave it there and make release notes when I get home.

Edit 30 April 2010: What a silly book. I would have liked it more as a child, but it was a decently entertaining 15-minute read on the plane.

Melydia had this book on the plane as we left Washington DC and headed to Amsterdam for the 2010 BookCrossing Convention. Since this was a book I had not yet read I decided to give it a go. It is short and it took maybe 20 minutes for me to read it!

I have read Roald Dahl before and he is just not my style. This book was no exception. I found it a bit predictable and rather silly. I am glad that some people really like it though and I am happy that it will get passed along to another reader.
