Started this book when I borrowed it from the library but never got round to finishing it. Looking forward to finding out what happens.
Hmm...well it seems I still haven't got round to reading this book and I don't think I will anytime soon! I don't like the cover on this book so it won't be added to my permanent collection, so I am going to borrow the book from the library and send this book on it's merry way =) Available for anyone who would like to give this classic a go.

Thank you for granting a wish and for the bookmark too :-)
28 Jan 17 - This started off well and I found myself getting though pages quite quickly. It reminded me of watching it on TV with a boy running through the marshes, however I don't remember watching the whole thing. Once Pip has gone to London the book went quite downhill, it just didn't seem to go anywhere and it was an effort to pick up the book and continue reading. The last third picked up again with the discovery of who his benefactor was. Looking back at other Dickens I have read, the lull in the middle seems to be a common pattern.
