Oh my goodness! Amazing book. I really don't know if I can wait for the next book to come out. The cliffhanger ending is great, yet frustrating :)
I really can't believe the twists in this book. Anyway, I'm not going to give anything away because I want to see how well everyone else likes this one. Wow.

I've contacted colkectorkerri and received her address. I'll get it went either later this afternoon or tomorrow.

I was totally caught up again in the Katniss' continuing adventures. Lots of twists and turns in this one, with an ending I totally didn't expect. I look forward with breathless anticipation to the final book of the series.

Great continuation of the Hunger Games. I wasn't as caught up in this one as the first book, but was still an enjoyable read. I wish that there was more to know about the allies that Peeta and Katniss join forces with. Perhaps it a tool the author uses that adds to the distrust of the characters for the reader. The less we know the more we question. The ending definately wasn't expected and I am looking forward to reading the third book. I've even preordered a copy myself. I already have to wait about 4 months for the last book and don't think I'd be able to wait through another ring :) Don't worry, I plan on sharing... after I read it of course.

I cannot wait to dig into this one—I really enjoyed the first in the series and look forward to finding out how things turn out for our intrepid heroine.

I have 3 books that I am in the process of reading, but I'll start this one as soon as I can. If it's anything like The Hunger Games, I know I'll race through it once I start.

Bravo once again! I was so mesemerized that I did exactly what I thought I would do—devour this book from start to finish!

Katniss is such an awesome voice. I really like her (so much more than a certain other "heroine" of a certain supernatural YA vamp series). I was absolutely riveted, and I can't wait to read #3 in the series.

One of the blurbs on the back cover refers to this series as "heart-stopping," and I have to say that I agree. I would get to the end of a chapter and think, "Ok, turn off the light and go to sleep." Nope. I'd rationalize finishing just one more chapter. :)

Thanks again for sharing this. I have indy's address and will get this book in the mail as soon as possible.

ETA: It looks like Mockingjay, the third and final entry in the series, will be released in the States in August 2010. Can't wait!

A great follow-up to "Hunger Games". I didn't feel like this one had quite the amount of edge-of-your-seat suspense as the first did, but nonetheless, there were some amazing twists & ingenious obstacles for Katniss & her entourage to overcome. This 2nd book alludes more directly to an upcoming rebellion, and definitely leaves a cliffhanger at the end. It would be hard to read this one & not be anxiously awaiting book #3. :')

I've got the address for the next reader & should be able to ship it off within the next couple of days!

Super follow-up to the first novel. I enjoy Katniss - she is definitely a heroine with a lot of smarts and I hope that the third installment can keep up the pace. The second novel finds Katniss resigned to death and yet fighting to keep her family and friends alive. I too am looking forward to the third release and I will probably get it rather than wait for the bookring to make its way to me.

Waiting to find out who gets this next.
