It'a absolutely amazing what Matthew Reilly can imagine, to top again his last sequel of this story! I won't disclose anything about it. But believe me, it's incredible! A tremendous fantasy coupled with a lot of research. And the result is brilliant. Fast-paced and just a pleasure to read. Again maps, drawins and diagrams illustrate complicated descriptions.
As usual, this book is worth a worldwide bookray: The following bookcrossers read along:
"RockDg9" from Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia (int'l)
"Magika" from Ramberg, Nordland fylke, Norway (EU)
"MsTeddy" from Vammala, Pirkanmaa, Finland (int'l)
"Brookler" from Powell River, British Columbia, Canada (CAN and US only)
"perryfran" from Rockville, Maryland, USA (int'l)

Yay! Reilly-Ray arrived today.
Everything that's great about Matthew Reilly is in this book. Action every step of the way - continually bigger and more hair-raising than what came before. Of course, I'm now suffering from adjective-overload, but that's a small price to pay for such a great ride.

And now the team are on their way to Norway!

The team have touched down in Norway! Looking forward to some non-stop action this week.
Whoa, that was certainly a wild ride! As Reilly says in the interview at the end of the book, he tries to top himself with each book and "come up with the fastest, most out-of-control action-adventure stories imaginable." He's succeeded so far. Nevermind character development, all you need to enjoy this book is suspension of belief - a lot of it. And it probably helps if you don't have an aversion to excess use of italics and exclamation marks (though there were fewer of these in this book than the previous two). I enjoyed the read, but found it was so over the top sometimes that I had to put it down to breathe. I also got a bit confused with all the different Pillars and Stones and Vertices, and thank God for the illustrations and diagrams! I didn't find the book as good as the other two, but I did have fun with it.
Thanks for sharing, book-man-8! The team is going to Finland shortly!

The book arrived today, and I can't wait to start reading it...I just have to finish my latest Brown first. So, maybe tomorrow..
Hmm...I did like it. But there was something, that bothered me...I don't know what, but something didn't feel good about it while reading. It's written well and it keeps you hooked, so I can't say it wasn't a success. =)
The team will continue it's adventures in Canada as soon as possible.

This exciting-looking book just arrived! Can't wait to dive in. Thanks MsTeddy and book-man-8.
Another amazing adventure, and a completion to the Six Sacred Stones. I love these over-the-top books, but is it my imagination, or are they getting a bit more gruesome? I must admit the "living tombs" grossed me out.
That said, I enjoyed the book as I have the others. Glad to hear Reilly's planning four more books in the series, to count down to One. Looking forward to the next.

I mailed this book today to perryfran in Utah, USA, surface mail. Enjoy!
Received in today's mail - thanks book-man-8 for sharing another of your books and Brookler for posting from Canada. I just moved into a new house so things have been hectic and not much time for reading but I'll try to get to this soon.
