This novel is set in a sinister detention camp where men and women are divested of their clothes and their past, but provided with all the luxuries of life including unlimited sexual gratification.

I tried a couple of times to get into this one but alas found it just a bit too highbrow and wordy for me. It must be the translation or is just not for me, so have decided to give up and send it on its way.
