This will be the "journal" for the CD Audiobook Bookbox (private invite). You should be able to find the BCID# written somewhere inside the box. General guidelines:

-- Please make a journal entry when you receive the box & again when you ship it off to the next person. (Delivery confirmation is not mandatory, but recommended.)
-- Since I'm not including an actual journal within the box, please go ahead & list the names of the audiobooks you're removing & putting in.
-- The box is starting out with a mix of abridged & unabridged. Please try to replace with the same type you remove. I realize it's hard to replace with the exact same number of discs, but just do the best you can.
-- Please replace the box if necessary. If you're replacing the box, DON'T FORGET TO WRITE THE BCID# somewhere inside.

Box is ready to go. Picked up 6 titles totalling 30 CDs and put in the same. I was planning to drop it off to gnissorckoob's place today but have some car problem, but hopefully it will be fixed soon enough so I can do so doing the week.

The only audio that interested me was The Commission.

My husband, granddaughter, and I went thrift store hopping today and when we returned the box was here. PMing the next on the list as I will make my picks quickly and mail the box as soon as I get the address. I wish the person who has MY CD only bookbox would get it moving again.

I had a few minutes, so I quickly made my picks. I saw a few of my books from other CD boxes. Nice to see. I have PMed the next person. I am going to go to the PO on Tuesday or Thursday, so I wanted this box ready to mail.

Put in the box:
1. A Crack in the Edge of the World by Simon Winchester -- nonfiction on the California Earthquake of 1906 == REMOVED
2. Beach Road by Patterson & DeJonge -- a KTM book
3. Three to Get Deadyly by Janet Evanovich -- a KTM book
4. Replay by Sharon Creech -- a KTM book -- REMOVED

Took out 4 books totally 23 CDS. Put in 4 books totalling 24 CDs. A pretty even trade. Thanks for doing this box and for everyone being so quick to move it alone.

This came in the mail about... an hour ago! I've never known the post office to come by so late at night (about 8pm!)

It's safe with me and I'm looking through it now. Interesting selection (and two that I personally registered in the long long ago time). Might be difficult to choose!

I forgot this was coming, so it was a pleasant surprise to find the box on my doorstep yesterday afternoon. Looks like the box held up pretty well, as I do believe it's the box I started things with. Wow. (Of course I did almost have to get the chisel out to get through all the tape. LOL!) It came home with a nice selection, so I'm pleased. I'll probably do another box in a few months, so keep that in mind, if you're interested! Thanks to all for keeping the box moving so quickly! :')
