I think I might have ridden through Idaho once as a child, but I don't really remember it. I'll have to try to really visit the 43rd state one day. It's apparently known as the Gem State because many types of gemstone have been found there. Apparently there are places where you can get a permit to pan for six-pointed star garnets...
