Total Recall follows V.I. Warshawski on a road that travels back more than fifty years into an intricate maze of wartime lies, secrets and retribution.

I always enjoy Sara Paretsky novels. Interesting the way the injustices to the Holocaust survivors and also to African-Americans were woven together.

You're right, Marcie, you don't have to have read the earlier books in this series to enjoy this one. A gripping mystery with some really interesting twists and turns.
