Being a student, I do from time to time check books out of the library. I would love to be able to buy them all! I am currently reading this one and really enjoying it. I am guessing this one will get a high rating when I am done.

This is a spectacularly well-researched book. As if I needed any prompting to stop eating fast food and pay more attention to the labels on food I buy. This book galvanised my efforts in the grocery store. I liked it so much I bought a copy to mail to a kindred spirit.
