Pulled from the "award winning" bookbox
I read 121 of 273 pages and gave up, which is totally not like me. Less than a chapter in and I am fully committed and finish everything I start. I really wanted to read this Pulitzer Prize winner. I enjoyed the storyline, but it was told in such a confusing way as far as wording, jumping around in time, and sharing important details so obscurely, I was confused. I decided to risk looking up some details online to clarify and found out the story beginning to end.
I have a bookring here and another on the way, so I have decided not to continue this book, probably the only one of the year I will give up on.
Hopefully I can find another reader who enjoys it more than me.
