This is Parker's first Sunny Randall Mystery. I've read several of these and enjoy them very much. However, they do seem to be written in a hurry, with many of the descriptive segments being repeated throughout. Still, Sunny and friends are interesting characters and the mysteries are good. I'll keep reading them!
