This book would have been a lot better if two of the "authors" hadn't kept interjecting with their personal family life. Yes, we get it, Linda O'Neal is the most caring and self-less person in the world; she never loses her temper or swears; she is constantly level-headed and fair.

This whole story is basically just one big white trash circle jerk. These poor girls never stood a chance in life with their upbringing. I wonder if Ashley Pond's mother lays awake at night, knowing that if she hadn't been a worthless alcoholic then her daughter wouldn't have found the need to seek solace in the arms of a child molester. People blame CPS for what happened to her; place the blame where it belongs - with her pitiful excuse of a mother.
