A fairly good romance - Stuart needs to marry an heiress since being cut off by his father and sets his sights on Susan. Susan is young and naive and must convince her guardian so allow her to marry Stuart. The guardian, her aunt Charlotte, sees Stuart as a fortune hunter and forbids the marriage and ruins Stuart's reputation. Stuart wants to exact his revenge. Thus the story is set up. There are few surprises - the chemistry is electric between Charlotte and Stuart - and you know how it will end. I did find the story well done and believable.
