Liza Marklundin palkittu menestysdekkari aloittaa sarjan rikostoimittaja Annika Bengtzonin hektisestä elämästä, josta ei ristipaineita puutu. Tuoreena päällikkönä hänen on saatava toimitus rullaamaan, vaikka kateelliset ja pahansuovat alaiset puukottavat selkään sen kuin ehtivät. Perheenäitinä hän yrittää löytää aikaa myös aviomiehelle ja kahdelle pienelle lapselle. Ja rikostoimittajana hänen on pakko olla askeleen edellä kilpailijoitaan. Tutkiessaan olympiastadionin räjähdystä hän saa liikkeelle voimia, jotka uhkaavat hänen omaakin turvallisuuttaan.

It was another rainy Sunday here in Finland when I decided to do something else than sleeping on a sofa, suffering hangover. After checking that there isn't alcohol in my blood any more I started my trip to see a renovated church in Sastamala (the church was fire-raised 12 years ago, please see details in finnish at http://www.sastamalanseurakunta.fi/pyhaolavi/index.shtml). There I saw the book in a plastic bag, laying on a wall. As I love books I had to open the bag and see if there's a any sign on the owner of the book in order that I can return it. But instead of owner information I found the bookcrossing info, so here we go, the book has found a new home for next few days. I hope to find time to read it during next weekend (another Sunday & hangover :)
