Simple, understandable, and practical advice based in scientific studies, this book matches what I've read elsewhere. Of course, these things are also much easier to say than to do.

I found this book got a bit repetitive to read but was good for reading a chapter a day, or picking up to read a chapter between other things.

Anyway I hope that as it travels, it manages to make someone a little happier.
