A "wakeup-call" for people who treat their children as accessories. Though I was disgusted with the behaviour of the parents in this book, there are touching moments between the nanny and her charge, and the overall story is told with a lot of humour. A very funny (though at times exasperating) book!

As a nanny, I can relate a lot to what the authors went through! This is an excellent story of a college student in NYC named Nanny working for Mr and Mrs X who have to much money and time on their hands. Nanny starts out at 15hrs/wk and a newfound best friend in Mrs. X. As the story progresses Nanny gets caught up in the life of the X's and becomes yet another of their staff. It's a quick, easy and very very good story!! Based on true, combined experiences of both the authors.
I thought this would be an important book to get out there as it shows what the lack of good parenting skills can do to a child.
I have had a few Inquiries on this book and so I have decided to release it into a Bookring. and on the first attempt, it got lost, so here it goes, attempt number 2!! lets see if it can make it past the first person without getting lost in the mail again! lol!
