I was completely captivated by this story, and by the character of Little Bee. I'm sure anyone who reads this novel will be as enthralled and inspired as I was, and won't want to put it down.
On its way to KiwiinEngland who selected it from the Global VBB.

Thank you for posting this to be Shroffland, along with the two stickers and the picture of the flowers, which I have placed by my computer to remind me that it's flower time outside and I should be outside admiring them!
I enjoyed this book, which was an easy read about many difficult subjects. The characters were realistic, until the end section which I thought was rather strange and a bit of a wash out.
I would recommend this book to people. I do find the back of the book, where the publisher has decided to go with a "we don't want to tell you what happens in this story. It is a truly special story and we don't want to spoil it" is a very strange marketing tactic that I personally find irritating.

Thank you so much, kiwiinengland :-)
You are right that this is a brilliant book but as I have read it fairly recently, I am going to offer it to a good home...

Well, that went far quicker than I'd expected - in and out in a matter of hours, what a record turn-around! Glad to be able to pass this on to a fellow book-crosser who had it on her wishlist.
Enjoy!!
Enjoy!!
